HeatBloc 75 is designed to be applied to the underside of the roof deck and any gable ends of a house. Applying a thin, even coat to these surfaces creates an effective radiant barrier that will stop 75% of potential radiant heat transfer into the attic.
HeatBloc 75 can effectively cut the amount of radiant heat entering your attic. Less heat in the attic equals less heat entering the living space. HeatBloc 75 works just like shade trees, keeping attic mounted HVAC ducts cooler. Cooler ducts means the air conditioning unit will not need to work as hard when it is running.
Our Service Professionals will also check for proper attic insulation, attic ventilation and include any soffit vents or ridge vents as needed.
You can start saving money on those energy bills if you Call Us or E-Mail today and let us apply HeatBloc 75 in your attic.
I have used M&M twice in the past year and am very satisfied. Another company replaced some roof plumbing vents chewed up by hungry squirrels, about 12 months ago. Two vents were left I repaired for some reason, and were leaking badly. We had trouble locating a roofing company to handle this small job, until we found M&M Roofing. They came quickly, and did a quality job at a reasonable price. A few months later, some of the vents installed by the other company were already leaking. Again M&M Roofing quickly solved the problem.
I certainly will recommend M&M Roofing to everyone who needs reliable roof repairs.
M&M did a great job repairing our roof where our tree had torn the shingles. Todd was in communication with me throughout the process which included his endeavor to convince my insurance company to total the roof for hail damage, but to no avail. I really appreciated his efforts to do what was best for my family, and I'm sure the eventual repair was done beyond reasonable expectations.
Good price for great service in a timely fashion.
They are still trying to find the doors we are looking for and hope to hear back from them. They could have just said they can't find them and be donebut Keith said he would keep looking. They showed up when they said
they would, put the gutters up, cleaned up and Keith showed up a couple days later for payment and to let us know about the doors. They are busy because they do what they say and they charge what they say so a little patience is recommended but worth it. I will be recommending them to my friends.
